That more people than ever are still struggling with back, hip, knee, and other joint pain?

That there are so few stories of REAL lasting transformation, where a person is treating more than the superficial symptoms of their problems?
It's because the problems are bigger than the solutions. What's CAUSING our problems are ingrained into 99% of our modern lives; even if you're spending an hour per day training in the gym, doing physio, seeing your chiropractor, or WHATEVER else you're trying to do to help dig yourself out of your hole...
You're still spending the other 23 hours feeding your body's systems STRESSFUL INPUTS that are affecting:
- Your Posture and Alignment (putting undue stress on your joints and muscles)

Many of the "solutions" that people are offering might offer some temporary relief... but because they don't focus on addressing the FUNDAMENTAL LAWS OF POSTURE, ALIGNMENT, AND PHYSIOLOGY, in the long run, they're CONTRIBUTING to the systemic misalignment and stressed out nervous system that you're trying to FIX.
I’ve studied from dozens of coaches, trainers, physical therapist, chiropractors, biomechanics specialists, breathing coaches, anatomy experts, literally everything that I could get my hands on. I started to get clues about our evolutionary mechanics, how the human body CAME TO BE the human body, how it operated as an integrated unit, how things like breathing 'technique" and our stress levels (nervous systems) all played a bigger role than we’d ever been taught in our mainstream education.
This made me realize something profound:
There's a right way and wrong way that humans are designed to function.
When I started learning these principles and started applying them to myself and then my clients, that's when the testimonials REALLY started coming in. It was a game changer and a total shock to see how different it was from how we’d been taught to do things with our clients in the gym, lifting weights, etc...
I dropped ALL of that, and because I started getting better results than ever, I realized that there was...
ZERO reason to go to a gym to BEGIN alleviating pain and stress...
ZERO need for any specialized equipment...
ZERO complicated workouts or difficult-to-learn exercises...
ZERO reason to spend hours training (when you can implement new habits and have 'mini-sessions' lasting 10-20 minutes throughout the day that produce better results)
If you've never done it before you might have doubts... but client after client has come to me after trying EVERYTHING ELSE, and are shocked to find that these principles, although deceptively simple, finally start to line their bodies up, bring ease to their tissues, decompression to their joints, and relaxation to their overly stressed nervous systems.
