Who This Is For

I built this work because I needed it first.

I didn’t create this work because I had all the answers.

I created it because I was searching for them.

I’ve lived in a body that wouldn’t settle.

This work didn’t come from a textbook.

It came from needing something that could meet me.

I know what it’s like to look like you’ve got it together on the outside while slowly unraveling on the inside.

To feel strong but never truly supported.

That’s why every session is built on presence, pressure, and real-time response.

About This Work

Over the past 20 years, I’ve been:

  • An Intensive Care Paramedic (NREMT-P) in high-stakes situations

  • A Strength & Conditioning Coach working with collegiate and elite athletes

  • A Manual Therapist in PT clinics, gyms, and private practices

But credentials don’t build trust.

Presence does.

This work draws on my experience in physiology, performance, and recovery blended with deep nervous system awareness and fascia-focused pressure.

Because when your nervous system finally feels supported everything else starts to shift.

What to Expect

Every session begins with a 15-minute conversation. We don’t rush this part. We talk about what’s showing up in your system, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally along with how you’ve been carrying your stress lately.

Then we drop into the work.

Here’s what that might look like:

  • You settle in, fully supported, no small talk, no pressure to perform

  • I start with slow, anchored pressure using feet or hands, depending on what your body responds to best

  • We may bring in breath cues, gentle holds, or movement inputs to help your system adjust in real-time

  • If something needs to be talked through, we pause. If your body goes deep, we follow that

  • You leave grounded, present, and with a sense of space you probably didn’t realize you’d lost

You leave feeling grounded, clear, and more at home in your body.

This isn’t about doing more.
It’s about finally being met where you are.
