Step 1: Initial assessment - Schedule your free 60 minute personalized assessment.* In this 60 minute assessment you will learn about your goals, challenges, and we will have the opportunity to learn how we can best support you.
This session will include a thorough treatment session that may include breath work, soft tissue work, & movement therapies.

Step 2: Personalized Plan Creation - We work together to develop a plan specific to you and your goals, whether it’s to get out of pain, improve performance, increase resiliency to stress, or to optimize health & wellness for life.
Step 3: Service Selection and Schedule - Choose from our services or programs including breath work, massage therapy, motor learning, & recovery training. We will work together to schedule these appointments at your convenience.
We offer sessions a la carte, in packages, or memberships.
